Bloomon is a fast-growing, online company that sells and delivers flowers to consumers. They purchase the flowers directly from the growers, they make the bouquets themselves, and they’re in control of the distribution. This allows them to deliver the bouquets straight from the growers to the consumers within 24 hours. Thanks, in part, to a business process organized in a very efficient manner, the quality-price ratio is substantially better compared to what’s common in the industry. Bloomon has opted for a subscription model that allows consumers to temporarily or permanently cancel their subscription at any given time. Every week, new flower arrangements are designed and the consumer can choose between three different sizes. The company has grown tremendously and has expanded its presence outside of the Netherlands with operations in Germany, the United Kingdom, Denmark, and Belgium.
