Lepaya’s method makes learning for employees fun and stimulates real behavioral change. We do this by creating learning stories, consisting of easy to consume on- and offline content which can be consumed casually. We also offer a social environment where people can learn together with similarly oriented employees – and to challenge each other! This company was created by two strategy consultants, and we would be remiss if we didn’t make all of this quantifiable: by continuous measurement of impact and engagement levels, we aim to effectively improve individual training programs.
