The 2+ billion people in the worldwide employeefile have to learn, absorb and apply new skills in at an ever increasing speed. Lepaya’s method makes learning for employees fun and stimulates real behavioral change. We do this by creating learning stories, consisting of easy to consume on- and offline content which can be consumed casually. We also offer a social environment where people can learn together with similarly oriented employees – and to challenge each other! This company was created by two strategy consultants, and we would be remiss if we didn’t make all of this quantifiable: by continuous measurement of impact and engagement levels, we aim to effectively improve individual training programs.

Founded in 2017, Lepaya already has customers on two continents and with the combined world wide start and scale-up as well as tech and HR experience of the team we are always on the look-out for great talent to join us.

It was a challenge for us to raise our Series A, even though we have €1.5Mn ARR. The VC’s abroad are looking for product-market fit in more than just the Netherlands, and we were not able to raise enough money to also set-up operations abroad. Dutch VC’s are too hesitant to offer bigger tickets required for faster international scaling.
